Hope for Cognitive Decline
Over 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease. In even greater numbers, the lives of their loved ones are forever changed. What if there were ways to prevent, slow, and even reverse cognitive decline?
The Bredesen Protocol for Alzheimer’s has successfully done just this. Developed by Dr. Dale Bredesen and his team, 36 factors have been identified that can impact cognitive health. Dr. Bredesen proposes that Alzheimer’s is actually a protective response to threats such as inflammation, lack of brain-supporting compounds, and toxins. When we approach it from this angle, which heavily depends on lifestyle factors, miraculous improvements have been witnessed.

Caring for yourself while caring for others
Caregiving can be both a rewarding and humbling journey filled with emotional ups and downs.
Caregivers often struggle to find balance within the context of limited time, energy, resources, and support.
Leaning on tools and caring support can help you navigate this experience in the best way possible. Find more inner peace amongst the chaos, create space to care for yourself, overcome the ever-changing challenges, and advocate for you and your family.
How can I help as a functional health coach?
I use my unique skillset and experience to:
- Help patients and families manage complex protocols and lifestyle changes
- Empower patients and caregivers to get the support that they feel is best for them
- Support caregivers in bringing more energy and balance back into their lives
- Offer tools and resources to transform fear and challenges into hope and purpose
Just as the functional health model takes a whole systems approach to treating the individual, I believe in a whole family systems approach in navigating this experience. I’m ready to walk alongside you in this journey whether you are a patient implementing your practitioner’s protocols, a caregiver experiencing ever-changing challenges, or someone working on protecting and upgrading your brain.
